Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for services provided by MTNT Solutions FZE. It complements our Terms of Service. Specific refund terms for any engagement are confirmed in writing in your service agreement before work begins.

1. Consultations

Booked consultations may be cancelled or rescheduled for a full refund if you notify us in advance of your scheduled time.

• Unless your service agreement specifies otherwise, cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time receive a full refund.
• You may reschedule once at no charge within the same notice window.
• No-shows and cancellations made after the notice window are non-refundable.

2. Advisory and Document Preparation

Advisory engagements and document preparation are refunded based on the work actually performed.

• Any scope of work that has not yet started is fully refundable.
• Once work on a scope has begun, refunds are calculated pro-rata for the portion not yet delivered.
• A booking deposit may be required to begin work; the unused balance is refunded pro-rata. Any deposit amount is agreed in writing before work starts.

Software Development Projects

For IT and software development engagements (websites, web and mobile applications, AI solutions, SaaS) billed in stages (e.g. design → build → launch):

• Stages that have not been started are refunded in full.
• A stage in progress is settled pro-rata against the work actually delivered at the milestone date.
• The included post-launch support month is non-refundable once the launch has been accepted.
• Monthly retainers are cancelled with the notice period stated in your service agreement; unused full months are refunded.

3. Government Fees

Government and authority fees are non-refundable by MTNT Solutions. These charges are paid directly to the relevant UAE government authorities, which set and collect them. MTNT advisory fees and government fees are always itemised separately.

If an application is rejected, government fees already paid to the authorities cannot be recovered by MTNT and are subject to the policies of the relevant authority.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us with your name, the service or invoice reference, and the reason for your request. We will confirm receipt and process eligible refunds to your original payment method.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.

5. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the laws applicable in the Emirate of Sharjah.
