This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for services provided by MTNT Solutions FZE. It complements our Terms of Service. Specific refund terms for any engagement are confirmed in writing in your service agreement before work begins.
Booked consultations may be cancelled or rescheduled for a full refund if you notify us in advance of your scheduled time.
Advisory engagements and document preparation are refunded based on the work actually performed.
Government and authority fees are non-refundable by MTNT Solutions. These charges are paid directly to the relevant UAE government authorities, which set and collect them. MTNT advisory fees and government fees are always itemised separately.
If an application is rejected, government fees already paid to the authorities cannot be recovered by MTNT and are subject to the policies of the relevant authority.
To request a refund, email us with your name, the service or invoice reference, and the reason for your request. We will confirm receipt and process eligible refunds to your original payment method.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
This Refund Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the laws applicable in the Emirate of Sharjah.
MTNT Solutions FZE is a private advisory firm and is not a government body. Application outcomes and final decisions are made by the relevant UAE authorities. A refund of MTNT advisory fees, where applicable under this policy, does not include government fees already paid to those authorities.
